1. Shipping Options

At CalmGenix, we offer two shipping options to our customers within the United Kingdom:

1.1 Standard Delivery (Tracked): £2.99

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 working days
  • Cost: £2.99
  • Eligibility: Available for all orders

1.2 Express Delivery (Tracked): £3.99

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 working days
  • Cost: £3.99
  • Eligibility: Available for all orders (Customers whose order total is over £20 qualify for FREE Express Delivery)

3. Order Processing and Shipment

3.1 Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be shipped on the same day.

3.2 Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-working days will be shipped on the next working day.

3.3 Tracking Information: If your order is dispatched with a tracked shipping method, once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. FREE Express Delivery

Customers who place an order with a total value over £20 are eligible for FREE Express Delivery. This means that, when your order total exceeds £20, you will automatically qualify for FREE Express Delivery at checkout.

5. Delivery Restrictions

5.1 UK Deliveries: We currently offer shipping and delivery services within the United Kingdom only.

5.2 P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successfully placing your order. If there are any delays or issues with your delivery, we will keep you informed through email notifications.
