You may initiate a return for eligible items purchased from calmgenix.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at support@calmgenix.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Any relevant photos if the product is damaged or defective

b. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to complete the return process.

c. You will be provided with the address to which you should send the item(s). Please make sure to include your order number on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

6. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at support@calmgenix.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if the order has already been processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
